A 3-Week Anchored Class for Girls (Ages 9–15)
We’re excited to invite you into this special Anchored experience — a hands-on, faith-centered class created for girls in a season where identity, confidence, and direction matter deeply.
Clothed in Strength is a 3-week woodworking class inspired by Proverbs 31:10–31, designed to help girls understand who they are, how they live, and the impact they carry.
Throughout this class, girls will:
🪵 Build a portable wooden beach chair through guided, hands-on instruction…
📖 Explore Proverbs 31 through simple, age-appropriate teaching…
💬 Practice speaking truth and encouragement in a supportive, uplifting environment…
🔨 Grow in confidence as they learn new skills and complete a real project…
Each week pairs meaningful work with a clear, memorable truth:
🌱 Week 1 — Know Your Worth
Proverbs 31:10–12, 25
Before we focus on what she does, we start with who she is.
Girls will learn that their value isn’t based on comparison, appearance, or approval — but something already placed inside them.
🪑 As they begin building the foundation of their chair, they’ll be reminded:
👉 A strong build starts with a strong base
👉 A strong life starts with knowing your worth
🔨 Week 2 — Do the Work
Proverbs 31:13–19, 27
Because she knows who she is… she lives with purpose.
Girls will be challenged to give effort, stay focused, and take responsibility for what’s in front of them — even when it’s hard.
🪵 As they measure, cut, and assemble, they’ll see:
👉 Growth takes effort
👉 Strength is built through consistency
🌟 Week 3 — Build Others Up
Proverbs 31:20, 26, 28–31
Her life doesn’t just affect her — it impacts others.
Girls will learn the power of their words, their actions, and the kind of influence they carry every day.
🪑 As they complete and use their chair, they’ll understand:
👉 What you build can support others
👉 Strong girls don’t tear down — they build up
This class is designed to meet girls where they are
No prior experience is needed. Each girl will be guided carefully, challenged appropriately, and encouraged every step of the way.
Our hope is that each girl leaves with more than a finished project…
We want her to leave knowing:
✨ She has value — she doesn’t have to earn it…
✨ She is capable of doing hard things…
✨ Her effort matters…
✨ Her words and life can make a real difference…
