Challenging Minds. Engaging Hearts. Putting Hands to Work.
At Anchored Academy, we believe girls were created to imagine, build, explore, create, serve, and lead. Every girl learns differently, but many thrive when they are given meaningful challenges, creative opportunities, real responsibility, and a safe place to discover who God created them to be.
That is why every Anchored experience is intentionally designed around three pillars:
Challenge the Mind
Scripture. Leadership. Creativity. Problem-solving. Practical skills. Every class encourages girls to ask thoughtful questions, try new things, solve problems, and understand the purpose behind what they are learning.
Engage the Heart
Character is not developed through instruction alone. Through biblical discipleship, authentic relationships, and meaningful conversations, we help girls understand their identity in Christ and grow in courage, compassion, confidence, and faith.
Put Hands to Work
We believe confidence grows through accomplishment. Whether woodworking, designing, creating, learning a new skill, serving others, or completing a challenging project, girls experience the joy of making something with their own hands while developing perseverance, responsibility, and craftsmanship.
We are not interested in simply keeping girls busy.
We are committed to helping them become capable, confident, creative, and Christ-centered young women who are prepared to use their gifts and serve wherever God calls them.

Anchoring Girls in Christ. Equipping Them to Lead.
We are a leadership academy that helps girls become confident, capable, Christ-centered young women by challenging their minds, engaging their hearts, and putting their hands to work.
Through woodworking, creative projects, practical life skills, outdoor experiences, leadership development, service, and biblical discipleship, we create meaningful opportunities that cultivate courage, compassion, integrity, perseverance, creativity, and servant leadership.
Our goal is not simply to teach valuable skills or complete beautiful projects. It is to point every girl toward Jesus Christ while equipping her to become a faithful daughter, friend, wife, mother, churchwoman, mentor, and leader who positively influences her family, church, workplace, and community for generations to come.
Trends may change and the world may shift, but a life anchored in Christ will stand firm—and only what is done for Him will last.

A Generation Anchored in Something Greater than Themselves
We envision a generation of young women who reject the shallow and temporary messages of our culture and instead embrace their God-given identity, purpose, and calling. Young women who understand that true beauty begins in the heart, strength is demonstrated through humility and perseverance, leadership begins with serving others, and courage is rooted in biblical conviction. We want girls to know that true success is not measured by appearance, popularity, wealth, or achievement, but by faithfulness to Jesus Christ.
Our prayer is that every girl who walks through Anchored Academy’s doors leaves with far more than a completed project. She leaves with confidence rooted in Christ, skills strengthened through meaningful work, friendships built through encouragement and sisterhood, and character grounded in Scripture. We want each girl to be prepared to faithfully serve and lead within her family, church, workplace, and community for the glory of God.
The girls we invest in today will become the women who shape tomorrow.

Mentorship That Shapes
We believe girls grow into the women God created them to be through authentic relationships with godly mentors who model the character of Christ, encourage their gifts, and faithfully invest in the next generation.
“Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 11:1
Learning That Lasts
We believe education should cultivate wisdom, curiosity, creativity, and understanding—not simply information. Through Scripture, hands-on experiences, thoughtful conversation, and practical skills, girls learn lessons that remain with them far beyond the classroom.
“Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge.” — Proverbs 23:12
Creativity That Inspires
We believe creativity reflects the nature of our Creator. When girls are given opportunities to imagine, design, build, and express themselves, they develop confidence, discover their gifts, and learn to see beauty and purpose in the world around them.
“She makes coverings for her bed; she is clothed in fine linen and purple.” — Proverbs 31:22
Challenge That Strengthens
We believe meaningful work, new experiences, and real responsibility build confidence, perseverance, and character. Girls grow when they are encouraged to try difficult things, learn from mistakes, and overcome obstacles with courage and integrity.
“Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete.” — James 1:4
Sisterhood That Encourages
We believe every girl needs a community where she feels known, valued, and supported. Through authentic friendships, shared experiences, encouragement, and prayer, girls learn to celebrate one another and pursue Christ together.
“Encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
